TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
This product came without any of the hardware to assemble the back wheel set. It also came cracked on one side. I called Target Plus and spoke to 5 different people, and none of them actually helped resolve the issue. They were supposed to give me the phone number for the supplier directly, but gave me the incorrect number, and this was after 2 hours being transferred around on the phone. I just want to be able to use this product. They told me I couldn't return it because it is outside the return window, but it had been in a box unopened since I purchased it due to moving across the state. I am extremely disappointed and at my wits end with getting this issue resolved.

Bad zippers
Easy to put together until the zipper in the back did not line up and could not be zipped due to the way the stroller had been put together! Disappointed. My cat ran off through the defected zipper and I had to run and grab him ! It was a great stroller overall and if you get one that does not have the defective zipper, then you will most likely enjoy the product!

What a disappointment!
Would give this product and company zero star, if able. Purchased this product on June 30, received it relatively quick, but upon assembling the stroller, I soon discovered I was missing the pins to hold the tires on the axel; therefore, making it a 1-wheeled worthless stroller. I contacted the company, requested replacement pins, which they said they would send and never did. Contacted them again, a few weeks later after the replacement pins never showed up and they offered me a 10$ refund or to ship it back with all original parts and packaging. My bad on trying to be efficient and recycled the packaging before realizing the nightmare this stroller would end up being. Save your money and do not purchase this pet stroller. I was better off finding one very similar on the TikTok shop for less cost and free shipping! It’s to bad target sells for this company because it’s definitely not target quality or customer service.

Cat stroller
We like the idea of a cat stroller and we like how easy it is to set up, but it came with black marks all over the side of the stroller, and our cat can escape from holes on the side of the stroller. Additionally, it breaks very easy. There was velcro on the side of the stroller, but our cat easily tore it up and was able to slip out. It's nice that the stroller is very smooth on the ground and spacious for our cat, but all in all, I would not recommend this product.
