This patio heater is the bomb! It only took about a half hour to assemble. It matches my outdoor decor perfectly with the beautiful turquoise color. It is sturdy, well-made, and puts out lots of heat on a chilly evening. It will definitely extend our Fall outside!

just purchased
just put this together. the bolt for the waterbox did not fit - changed to 5/16” SS with nylock nut and it fits - just fired it up and it warms you up if you are right next to it....

Great when it works.
Loved this little heater but after 4 moths it stopped working I've been waiting for 2.5 weeks for a solution, they do not return phone calls. Also the chrome is peeling off.

Warm and cozy!
We ordered this in Sept and came in Nov(COvid!), Pros: Easy to put together though you do need two people to make a) the reflector lid put together easier and b) overall this is easier but not necessary for much more than a. Heats up well and kept us warm on a 48F night, just needed some small blankets for warmth on ankles. Wheels are a life safer. Cons: There was a tilt in the up pole and we looked at this a couple times but it just was off a bit. Not a big deal as no pinching of lines or anything. Need to move indoors or really figure out how to prop up with something to secure the middle to so that it doesn't tip over in a wind storm(we take ours in) which is a bit of a hassel but really not that bad(makeshift long wooden plank with milkcart under the middle for stability). Bubble test failed with little bubbles which was taken care of with gas tape(yellow) on the threads. No bubbles after that. Would recommend as it will extend our socially distant socializing with friends over winter! Also bought a cover which is important(do this when you purchase this) along with a new propane tank with built in gauge.

Our two Fire Sense propane patio/deck heaters arrived in excellent condition. Each was found to be of high-quality construction and materials. All the parts were present and the assemble instructions were simple, with helpful graphics and easy to follow.My wife and I found no need for a youtube “how to video”. We were pleased with our selection of the aqua blue color. It was painted perfectly with the durable Powder Coated method. We were somewhat confused about the lighting procedure at first. Practicing several times without the gas on made our confusion vanish. We have used both several times now finding them to work smoothly. We are very pleased with our purchase at a reasonable price.

Except for the reflector, assembly was straightforward thanks to the very clear instructions. I fired it up for the first time today and it worked well. I'd recommend having an extra 14mm wrench (if I remember the size correctly) and a phillips head screwdriver when you start assembly.
