Headboard
Love this bed. Would be nice if the headboard was a little taller. Love the look of the wood!

Broke but great customer service
This bed was easy to assemble and looks beautiful, but the quality is very poor. From the moment it was assembled, the bed squeaked and now, less than a year after purchasing it, it broke when my husband sat on it. It's a shame that the product is so fragile and I love the style. Update: I have amended my review because I have contacted the company and they have handled my warranty and it worked perfectly. They assured me that the quality was not up to their standards and sent me a replacement piece free of charge.

Great bed, can last 6 years or more
It's 2025 now and I bought this full size bed in 2019 and have moved three times. It's very easy to put up and take down. It's durable and easy to move. Bought it because it was cheap and made of natural wood, it doesn't look artificial or factory made. It's a low bed, so you can't fit a lot under it, but that's okay. It was much easier than I thought it would be and made moving a breeze. I love that I don't have to worry about moving a heavy, bulky bed. It's easy to make and doesn't take up extra space. If you're looking at similar bed frames, don't hesitate to buy this one!

Better guidance would help
The bed is very nice and looks very nice. I would recommend getting a helper to assemble it. The instructions are not very detailed so the assembly process definitely required some trial and error. It took about 1.5 hours to assemble. Overall, this bunk bed is pretty good so far.

Happy
Overall very happy with it. The final product is very comfortable to lean against and has plenty of storage space, which is exactly what we needed. I would recommend reading the instructions carefully. We ended up swapping D3 and D4 and found that H2 and H3 were in the wrong place, so we had to take them apart and flip them over. The lifting mechanism was not difficult for me, but I am a weightlifter. My partner is not very active and he could not lift the bed. One thing to note is that we have a king bed in our house and the mattress on the bed frame is very heavy. The bed frame looks beautiful in our room and as long as you assemble it carefully and carefully, it will look very integrated and beautiful.

Looks good and is sturdy.
A little lower than I expected. Can't fit anything under the bed. But it was easy to put together and looks great in my spare room. A great and economical buy for a good piece of furniture.

Order it. It's a good bed.
This bed was ordered seven years ago and is still in good condition when placed on a spare bed. Many people have used it and no one has complained. It looks good.

Quite a good deal
Overall, I think it's OK, but not great. If you consider the price and how sturdy the frame is, it's OK. My only concern is the mattress slats. To be honest, they don't look very sturdy, but this is for a 6 and 8 year old, so I'm sure it should be fine. But it's definitely not suitable for older teenagers or adults. Also, there are too many parts. It's definitely easy to transport, but it took a few hours to assemble. All the parts are available, and there are some spares. Otherwise, the price is a good deal considering the demand for used bunk beds around here. I just wish the slats were a little stronger.

Quality products and excellent customer service
The Milliard rollaway bed and mattress were exactly what I was looking for. The seller, Home Wise, provided prompt and attentive customer service and helped us locate and ship several items that were missing from our order. I certainly take some responsibility for the mix-up! However, even so, every customer service person I encountered was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. The box arrived two days later. Excellent customer service and a great product. Thank you!

My kids love their new bed!! The LED lights are the best. The mattress fits perfectly, is soft and comfortable, definitely worth the money, very firm and easy to install.

Suppliers are committed to getting things done.
The bed was well made and well documented, and we are very happy with our purchase. We assembled it ourselves with ease. We had some shipping issues initially, but the seller patiently worked through them. We appreciate their patience and ability to get everything back to normal.

Bunk Beds
The bunk bed came with easy instructions and was very easy to assemble. The bed is very sturdy and does not wobble or flex when my husband or kids play on it. This height is perfect if you have a smaller room but still have enough room for the top bunk. This bed is heavy but very durable. It is described as supporting 400 pounds but I feel it can handle more. My mom, myself, and the kids all sit on the bottom bunk and it is very comfortable. It looks very nice too.

Solid wood bed frame
The bed is amazing! Super solid, doesn't wobble, and doesn't squeak. It's also heavy though, which I think is a good thing. As for the instructions, it looks pretty straightforward and there's a CGI video, but there's a lot you have to figure out. To save you the trouble: our mechanic's Allen wrench/ratchet wrench broke. Thankfully, there was a spare L-shaped wrench in the container with the screws. Although the instructions use letters for the parts, there are no labels on the parts. Only the connections are marked with numbered stickers. This makes the connections very easy. The only slightly confusing part is inserting the wood into the headboard slats. Just make sure the decorative side of the wood with the grooves is flush with the metal pieces on the sides. The smooth side of the wood is the back, which is slightly recessed in the metal frame. The instructions must be older because the wood screws screw into 4 metal "tabs", but the instructions make it look like 2 long tabs. You'll know it when you see it. Everything lined up easily and all the screws tightened easily. All the screws are labeled, and there are spares. But you'll need at least 2 people, preferably 3, because you have to support some of the sides while assembling. For us, the posts for the headboard would not slot into the base without a lot of effort. First step, you need to unscrew the nuts where the long posts "hang/slot in". Then you can tighten them. It took us a while to figure this out because it's not mentioned in the instructions and the other parts don't have this feature. Lastly, when you start putting the slats down, start with the Velcro. Don't start at the edge or there will be gaps. I know it seems like a lot but it's really easy if you have someone to help and take your time. It took me and my two kids about 1.5 hours but it probably would have taken less than 1 hour if we had known the above. The bed is very sturdy and I really like it. It's awesome to get something this good for so cheap. Don't hesitate, buy it now!

The assembly process is very painful
The screw holes in the back don't line up with the ladder. The ladder is not comfortable. It was very difficult to assemble and the screws were hard to tighten. The bed seems sturdy enough so far, but this took hours and was very frustrating.
