I’m going to be honest though, I did not like the taste when I had my first sip. However after a good sweat session at the gym it was easier to drink and the taste wasn’t too bad. I would drink it again just for the amount of protein it has.

It's a shame, because if they had leaned into that dairy quality and made it an orange creamsicle flavor, it probably would have been okay?

Of course, this is a protein drink so it'll have a subtle chalky taste. Overall really good! The nutrients and protein serving are amazing. I don't see how you can go wrong!

I was even more surprised to learn that the second ingredient is whey protein. If you’re looking to quickly cram a lot of protein without the hassle of a full meal or a protein shake then this is a good way to do it. The flavor is pretty good. I was not a fan of the stevia aftertaste though. It’s something I might get every once in a while but not sure it’d be a drink I have after every workout.
