  • A: Use the vitamin C lotion in the morning under sunscreen to help with dark spots, and then the retinol cream at night to help with wrinkles/skin firming.

Vitamin C one smells like a nursing home

I like how affordable this is compared to other products! The retinol lotion smells like nothing and is great, but I really wish they didn't "fragrance" the vitamin C lotion... it has a very strong, quasi-medicinal-smelling but-not-in-a-good-way fragrance that lasts and lasts. I checked the ingredients, and they do fragrance it. I was hoping the scent would fade after wearing it for a while, but it's still as strong as ever and I can't wait to wash it off. I use the vitamin C in the morning with sunscreen to keep spots/freckles on my arms and chest from getting darker, and then the retinol lotion at night to help with fading the spots and improving skin texture. I really want to keep using both products, but I don't know if I can get past the smell of the vitamin C one. Definitely not what I want to smell/smell like all day!
