This baby swing ain’t it. It cradles the baby in a weird position that my baby hates and stopped swinging properly within a week. The bright starts baby bouncer is so much better.

Battery sucker
This is a good basic swing. It runs on batteries and EATS THEM. We are on our third set of c batteries and she is 2 months old. We don’t use it enough for three sets of batteries. Also the settings lag a little and make it kind of confusing when picking a speed. My swing from 10 years ago was way better but they just don’t make them like that any more.

Wanted this for a baby shower and it did t show up on time. It said it had a wrong address. Address was correct. Won't be ordering from target again.

Good swing with washable seat
Overall we really like this swing. My son enjoys it, and even falls asleep in it. He is currently 3 months, 14lbs, and the swing seems sturdy and supportive. Picking him up out of the swing is a little awkward, but not terrible. I was concerned about needing to wash the seat and discovered it is definitely washable. The seat has loops to keep it attached to two curved metal support pieces. Just dismantle the supports on one side of the swing, and the seat slides off to be washed. Cold water, gentle cycle, air dry, and the seat was good as new and easy to reinstall. I do wish it had a cord to plug in instead of only using batteries. I will probably invest in rechargeable C batteries.

I'm surprised by so many 5 star reviews, but diving deeper it seems many were from a promotion.. I wanted something simple & affordable. It is basic & fine quality, but I feel like the shape of the seat is causing the baby to have her head droop to the side, so I've been trying to prop her up with stuffed animals. You get what you pay for... she's 1 month and 10 lbs so with a 20 lb weight limit this will not last too long. I would spend a little more money for something better if I could redo it

Compact gem
Overall, so far so good. I think the swing is working well for my infant. She’s picky, so she doesn’t always want to be in there for long periods of time. But when she’s in the mood, she seems content. I like the different speeds and that it’s not bulky. The only thing I wish is that it had a wall adapter instead of batteries.

Very simple
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is pretty much bare bones. It gets the job done and my daughter is still very content with it. It is pretty small so it’s easy to stow and only pull out when necessary. It’s cute but doesn’t have any of the bells and whistles. I would recommend for apartments or places with not a lot of room.

It's another place to leave your baby so you can have a smidge of free time to maybe load the dishwasher or just eat without holding someone else constantly. It gets 4 stars because it's just SO pink. It's cute, but the color is so vivid.
