They are gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, and soy free. They do not contain any artificial color, flavor, coloring, or preservatives. I have seen any significant differences to mention.

Easy-to-Take Supplement with Great Benefits

It’s supposed to be a natural source of omega fats, and I’ve noticed it’s really gentle on the stomach. The softgels are easy to swallow, and I appreciate that it’s non-GMO and gluten-free. I’m also not entirely sure what this supplement is supposed to be doing - I wish there was clearer information. Because of that I’m not quite sure what it’s supposed to be doing, so I can’t comment on effectiveness

Great omega 6 & 9

I have been on the lookout for omega supplements and this one with 6 and 9 is perfect. Haven’t noticed any stomach discomfort (which can happen with some types of supplements I’ve taken before) and they’re easy to swallow (normal size soft gels). As always, it’s a good idea to make sure to consult with a doctor/professional before taking supplements.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This organic cold pressed oil have no fillers and have a serving suggestion of 3 capsules to provide 3000mg. Although easy to swallow, they are a bigger pill and have no taste. I take with breakfast as to not get an upset stomach. I have yet to really see a difference but am excited to see results

The softgels are easy to swallow, and I appreciate that it’s cold-pressed for purity. It also seems to support hair and skin health, which is a nice bonus. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the dosage is quite high, and some people might prefer a lower amount per serving. Still, it’s a high-quality product and a great way to incorporate the benefits of pumpkin seed oil into your routine!
