Best nonstick I've ever owned
I own a full set of All-Clad stainless pans, but I didn't own a non-stick pan. I purchased my first one a few years ago. I have since added to my collection with two of these omelet pans. All I can say is WOW. I took a little time to learn to cook at a much lower heat. I use them daily.

Wish I Knew Before I Bought Without Ceramic
I was complaining to a friend that since I got rid of all my poisonous PFAS pans and switched to stainless, the new pans scratch easily, food sticks, and they are a pain to wash. And then they need polishing. My friend told me about Green Pans. So I bought one and it’s awesome! Cooks extremely well, heat is balanced, nothing sticks, and washing is a breeze. Now I’m stuck - I hate dumping my stainless pans that I spent $$$ on and buy a whole new set of Green Pans. But I know it’s just a matter of time.

Beautiful, sturdy, maybe too heat conductive
The Chatham Stainless 12” and 10” frypans are gorgeous and seem like they will last a very long time. The non-stick is flawless as I expect from Greenpan (I’m still using pans from this brand that are 12 years old). They were heavier than I expected and thinner as well, and seem to get very hot even on low burner settings, so I am still trying to figure out how to cook my usual foods in them.

Chatham Stainless Frypan Set
We are loving these pans, they're safe to cook on and all you have to do is let them heat for 90 sec then put a little olive oil in it and you're good to go. Definitely will be purchasing more things for my kitchen.
