Q: How hot of water can this hold? I’m looking to use it to soak my oven racks in hot water with dishwasher detergent so I need it hot enough to dissolve tablets.

    Good tubs at a great price, but unfortunately they’re just a little bigger than they say they are. Make sure you have an extra inch or so of clearance if you want to store them under your bed.

    Almost returned it, but...

    Bought along with a 32 qt to decide which is best for plant propagation. This has a white lid, so I was going to return it. Then I realized I can fill it with water to bottom water my plants! Save myself multiple trips from room to room since plants in nature don’t move to get water. So I put the lid on and carry it to the different rooms, bottom water and voila! Done in about an hour instead of several hours of taking my plants back and forth to kitchen sink, laundry room or the bathtub. Yep, I made a good decision in keeping it.
