Poor Customer Service from Fernando
The store employee was rude when I asked him for a new bag because the one provided was ripped, he said it was because the items would t “fit” (they did) when he came back with the bag he paved it in his cart and attended other cars instead of bringing it out to me, when I called out to him for the bag he brought it over and rudely said he has other people to attend to. I tasted I was here first, received my items and was waiting for the bag he threw in his cart, he gave it to me and walked away. Below is a photo of the ripped bag and the new bag the items clearly fit in. He needs to have better customer service when dealing with customers.

Love these for my classroom!
