The box for this product came with a small tear. I bought this as a gift and it was the last one. I asked the sales person if I could get a discount. She turned to the sales person next to her for advice and he tells me "absolutely not"..then goes on to explain why. I am not upset at his reasoning but I was offended at his words and tone. He could have said, "sorry we can,t.., I apologize but we can't, no we can't because..." there are so many ways to speak professionally to a customer. He chose the words "absolutely not"..He might as well have said "no way". Been shopping at Target since they came to Hawaii and always loved their customer service. It's sad this person had to ruin that experience.

These headphones are worth the pricing. I first got mine december 2024 and had to buy another pair for the variety. When I have a music or podcast going with the noise canceling on, can't hear a thing. comfortable and soft without feeling like they are overstimulating you, highly recommend for those with massive auditory sensory issues like me. I genuinely think these compete with beats and other Bluetooth noise canceling headphones. 10/10 will stick with these forever.

The price is fantastic for the quality you get. The sound is amazing. The wifi works great. the nousexcancelling feature is super amazing. You can sync it with your phone.

I’ve had them about 5 months or more. They still work fine. I don’t mind the sound quality as to me it’s good. They cover most external sound/noise which is great so I can solely focus on the music. The only major downside for me is that the headphones are a little too heavy. I feel them resting hard on the top of my head. That bothers me a lot. Maybe cuz I’m sensitive with headaches. Other than that, they’re okay and I love the cream color.

They will not charge. Also, $50 headphones with no name brand on them anywhere. $50 for generic.

Bought these noise-cancelling headphones for a trip. On the plane it turned out that noise-cancelling only works with bluetooth. I would have liked to have noise-cancellation while I'm resting or sleeping, but it turns itself off after a minute. Useless. Also had initally trouble charging it. The instructions say the red light will turn off when charged, but the red light turns off after just a few minutes and there is no way to know whether it's charged or not. The harware is nice, but from a functionality perspective this is a total failure. I'll never buy anything from the Target Electronics section again.

Purchased in March, used the headphones a couple of times & was happy. Just took them back out of the box (July) & they won't charge. Disappointed is an understatement.

Does cancel our most everyday noise really well but allows some sounds through so you know someone is talking to you but not what they say. There is some feedback on certain videos but for the most part nice clear audio

The noise cancelling only lasts a few minutes before going out of noise cancelling mode, so you have to push the noise cancelling button 20 times per hour. Crappy quality!

Just like beats and sounded great for my 4 yr old grandson

Not worth it whatsoever. I bought a pair, and couldn’t even use them. They would not charge. I went back to target to get another pair and they did the same exact thing. Save your money.

Super comfy headphones but they stopped working around 5.5 months ago what is the deal with wireless headphones!

They started making a really weird beeping sound out of nowhere and now immediately turn off thirty seconds after I turn them on even when fully charged. I’ve had them for six months and it’s not worth the glitches.

I need the boost in sound; now I can really enjoy the movies!!

Bought these November 2024 and I still haven’t charged them that says a lot for battery life it’s June 2025. Listening quality is really good and noise cancellation as well. Money well spent I would say for sure!

Bought these to replace the previous Heyday ANC headphones. I was concerned with the lower price compared to the last version. I was right. The plastic is very cheap feeling. They don’t have the weight of a quality product. The noise canceling wasn’t that great either. For the price you could get much better. Returned these immediately.

Fun color for my 5 year old. Easy for the little one to turn on and off by herself. Comes with a storage bag that could benefit from being a little bit bigger making it easier to get the headphones in the bag. Comes with aux adapter as well as a charging cable. The charging port is the same as the current iphones making it more convient to charge the headphones.

Needed to charge for 5+ mins for the first use but the battery life is great. The noise cancellation truly works!

I chose these since they're Bluetooth and can be plugged in as well. Noise cancelling is decent. In loud environments you can hear them buzzing trying to counteract the noise. Also if there's strong wind the noise cancelling picks it up and makes it louder somehow. Can't make calls when it's windy either cause the mic only picks up the wind. They're easy to travel with and work well enough
