Good not great :(
This is a good looking kettle with clean lines and a nice finish. We do however, have three complaints. #1 it's loud...in fact it's at least twice as loud as our previous 30 dollar kettle. At pre-boil and boil we can barely hear each other talk from across the room. #2 it drips down the exterior of the kettle...you'll need a cloth to wipe it after every use. #3 the buttons take too long to register your finger has pushed them...this might be minor, but when I press a button it sound be immediate and without delay.

PROS Quick boil/insulation keeps warm Looks nice Good overall temperature range Minimal plastic exposed to water Relatively few button presses from ON to START CONS Temperature is hardwired on the plate - No celcius toggle, no celcius in Canada Relatively pricey No precise temperature control - specifically you can't choose 85/95, which are common for some tea types. Only increments of 10. The ON button is flush, making it hard to find in low light Kind of tricky to seat, since the base shape doesn't match the shape of the kettle Cannot remove the filter on the spout Capacity is a bit lower than I like --1.5L vs 1.7L Filling can be a little annoying since the spout filter hangs in the way of the tap stream Cannot see the water level without opening (a tradeoff for less plastic, I suppose)

Sleek, Functional, and Worth It!
I absolutely love my Zwilling Electric Kettle. Aesthetically, it’s a beautiful appliance—the sleek, modern design in white looks stunning and fits perfectly with the rest of my kitchen. It was actually the only white kettle I could find that had both the look and the full range of features I was after. The temperature control is great, offering six different settings plus a convenient “keep warm” function. I also appreciate that it’s made with stainless steel throughout, which was a major selling point for me in terms of durability and quality. My only small gripe is with the button lighting—it can be a bit hard to tell if the warm function is active or not, especially in certain lighting. A clearer indicator would make this kettle nearly perfect but it still gets 5 star since its that good already. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, functional electric kettle.

Convenient and sleek
This electric kettle is 100% worth the price tag. I love and have used it everyday since it arrived. Pros: •heats water in less than a few minutes •keep warm setting for morning that I need more than one cup of tea •bottle warming setting for family that visits with babies •wide mouth top makes cleaning easy Sleek •heating settings blink while in use and then beep when it is done •sleek design is nice if you want to keep it on counter Cons: •could allow for more custom heating temperature. This gives you the choice between 5 options. •the top lid does not completely detach and does not open 180 degrees making it difficult to place upside down to dry out •the beeping “done” indication is on the quiet side

Excellent Electric Kettle
Excellent hot water kettle. Love that it boils 6 cups of water in under 4 minutes. Purchased it as we live aboard a boat and make french press coffee daily. We need to be consciencous of power consumption as well as need safety features in our electronics and appliances. Liked the auto turn off in case I would forget. Best of all there is not aftertaste in the water.

Its a keeper
When I purchase a product I usually check reviews from other sites. Did this time, and online reviews of this product are very positive. Seamless stainless steel interior - a plus. Easy open hinge top. Heats water quickly! Did I mention insulated cool touch walls so you (or a small child) doesn’t get burned? Variable temperature settings and this can warm baby bottles. Tell me - how often do you see a 5-year limited manufacturers warranty? Is this a taller kettle? Yes. Fine with me. Beautiful matte black - I see myself using this for years to come. I got this on sale - what could be better?

Unresponsive
When i first plug it in, the control panel lights up and then becomes unresponsive. I haven’t been able to find a way to get it working again, very disappointing.

The fact that this took 2 weeks to deliver is enough to substract a star. Once you get it you find out that the exterior is silver plastic so you subtract another star. The features are comparable to other electric kettles that less expensive. I don't think the warming feature is particularly exceptional, it works, but you really only get about 15-20 minutes of warming and I think it actually depends on how much water is left in the kettle. It's also rather larger and bulkier in person than the photos online so I'd recommend you actually measure the space where you want this to sit on your counter. This kettle is fine and I don't think it is worth the price or wait for delivery.
