    Nice looking and stable stools at a fair price. However, be warned, only one review mentioned it - this was quite possibly the most difficult piece of furniture I've ever put together. And I'm quite capable. Incredibly frustrating - bolts / holes do not align, and the backrest installation is baffling (you must have a power drill). On balance, pretty bad product, but nice looking.

    Difficult to assemble

    Firstly, these chairs took me over two hours to put together (and I consider myself to be very good at putting furniture like this together). The pieces are made cheaply and the holes don’t align perfectly, making it extremely hard to get all the screws in place. You also have to drill directly into the back of the backrest, which feels so wrong. The directions say you can use a screwdriver, but you can’t, you really need a drill and even then it is very hard to do. The chairs are very light and not super comfortable. This all being said, at $122 for two chairs they look decent, which is why I’m giving them 3 stars. I’ll recommend them for the price, but I wish someone had warned me what I was getting into!!
