Cars get stuck every time , middle piece does not work
Do not read or believe any of the five star reviews the middle piece that pushes the car out never works. Every time my son puts a car through it gets stuck.

Cars only release when you get the lever turned just right. Of course, my three year old doesn't quite understand. I'm rescuing cars from this stupid toy every five minutes. Add the stickers and significant setup time - don't let this toy into your home.

I am very disappointed. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. The car gets stuck in the washing station and cannot move forward unless it is physically pulled out. My child became very upset and cried because of this. I do not recommend this product.

very cheaply made. I've put this thing back together so many times. Everytime we see the commercial on the TV my son would ask for it so we got it for Christmas. It's just such bad quality not what you expect for the price you paid.

Cheap/poorly made
Would give this zero stars and definitely do not recommend!!! Never write reviews but this thing is so cheaply made it’s totally useless. The entire structure comes apart constantly, even when adults use it, and the car wash part rarely works well either. Do not have the box otherwise would have returned. Toral waste of money.

Wash doesnt work!!
This toy is SUPER cheaply made. The tracks constantly fall apart when pulling the lever. The worst part is the car never leaves the carwash part because there’s no way to launch it out. My son even reached into the tunnel resulting in his hand getting stuck! DONT BUY THIS!!!

The car wash was missing a piece of track that was essential for it to work as intended. I contacted Mattel, but they keep asking for the receipt even though I have sent it three times now. This was my 5 year old’s gift from Santa and he hasn’t even been able to play with it.

No way this was made by Matchbox - it sucks
Love Matchbox toys! This was a knockoff or a fluke. 3yr old easily pulled apart the set up. The car wash part doesn’t really do anything except spin. The base is 5 separate pieces and loose to put together. I was so incredibly disappointed in the quality, the function, and entire concept. I sure hope matchbox isn’t going downhill. They used to make some of my kids favorite toys. Bought this for the youngest, complete bust.
