Hardware was exactly right, and instructions were clear about optional hardware. So I didn't have to wonder why I had left over pieces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knob screws were too long for my door but luckily the old knob screws fit so I used those. It was the smallest thickness on the package. Knob is pretty and feels nice to grab I like the button.
