    Open packages in box

    These are delicious and just enough to satisfy a sweet tooth. My only disappointment was that there were two open packages inside the box so I wasn’t able to eat them. In a box of five bars, not being able to eat two is disappointing.

    Gluten Sensitve People Be Warned

    I recently tried these Almond Flour Bars and felt sick almost immediately. I had full-on gluten exposure symptoms that lasted for days. They were the only new thing I had introduced into my diet. I’m usually really strict about what I eat and stick to a small set of foods I prepare at home, but I was looking for a convenient GF bar for when I’m on the go. After getting sick, I couldn’t figure out what caused it because I trusted Simple Mills. I then found a thread on reddit where other gluten sensitive and celiac folks reported issues with this brand. Seeing that others have had similar experiences with their products will keep me away forever. Definitely won’t be buying them again.

    Just don't taste good

    I don’t like these..not as healthy as the other bars, they have peanut oil in them. They just don’t taste good!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Simple Mills Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Soft Baked Bars for my kids for a snack. They LOVED them! They ate them so fast I never got the chance to take pictures of them. The bars are a good size for a snack and decently filling for two boys, aged 5 and 3. They let me try one bite so I could see how they tasted, they were delicious! I would definitely buy these in the future.

Made from Almond Flour and being a "healthier choice" had me assuming they'd taste like cardboard. That could not be further from the truth! They were absolutely delicous! My seven year old niece even loved them!

As you get toward the end of a bite, there is a slight bitter aftertaste, like the chocolate is a bit too much, but they were not crumbly or grainy like some gluten-free products.

    Nice & Healthy Snack Bars!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Simple Mills soft-baked almond flour bars are anytime-go snacks. I liked its peanut butter & chocolate flavor. One of the best things about these bars is that it made from all-natural ingredients and free from artificial flavors. These bars are quite moist and healthy as compared to other bars. It is one of the best snacks after the gym. I highly recommend these snack bars to others as well.

I'm not sure if it was the flour used or what but it tasted burnt. The chocolate and peanuts gave it a good flavor but I couldn't get past it tasting burnt. I thought ok maybe it was just the one, however, it was the entire box.
