Horrible set of ear phones. Get airpods instead
These were horrible. Literally had them for 4 weeks… went to charge them and use them for work & out of no where the volume was soo low I tried all the ways to fix them. I watched so many videos only to read reviews and find that they were defective & it was common with this exact style it was really frustrating. & it happened the week after deadline to return. SMH! Do better Samsung!

Also, be sure to inspect the earbuds for dirt and damage. Also, check for software updates to the earbuds. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. Unwearable
Unfortunately this need more development. They are so big and bulky, I'm not sure how anyone would be able to wear them. The sound is great I'll say that. It really is good sound quality. But the whole shape from the in ear to the actual stem. They made the stem triangle and I feel like they thought it would be easier for people to grab onto, but because of the sloping angle is so hard to get a grip on them. I try wearing them multiple times as but after three minutes the inside of my ear hurt so much because they are so big. Mine also didn't come with rubber tips so they just kept falling out. I'm a Samsung person, my phone is Samsu g so I was excited for these but the design is way off. I really wanted to keep them but no point if they are unwearable.
