Interesting smell, think of a sweet cough syrup. Taste was a little different, but could say the same thing about an energy drink.

It’s super convenient for those mornings when I’m rushing to a workout or heading to Pilates without time for a full breakfast. The flavor is actually really good. It’s fruity and slightly tropical, but not overly sweet, which I appreciate. I like that it has B vitamins for an energy boost, and the fact that it’s made with real fruit and no added sugar is a big plus. It feels like a healthier alternative to granola bars or energy drinks. I usually have one right before a run, and it gives me just enough fuel without feeling heavy. Definitely a new gym bag essential for me.

Personally, I’m used to the flavors just for kids without the vitamins. But I will say I really appreciate the vitamins and electrolytes that are included in this particular GoGo squeez! For the health benefit benefits I would definitely try this in another flavor! I drink this pouch right after my wisdom teeth removal and it made for an okay snack that was packed full of a lot of great things. I definitely would give these another try. I just wouldn’t grab this particular flavor.

The portion is really small as well, so I don't understand the hype around these. The only thing that is remotely decent about these is that the packaging is cute and that is about it.

I paired it with my lunch which was a nice addition. The strawberry guava is a nice flavor, just a touch more bitter than I thought but it was nice because it wasn’t too overly the top sweet. I don’t think it had much of an “energy” effect on me, but it was overall a fun thing to try!

It did taste like strawberry, not sure that I got guava from the flavor. My biggest issue with this is it tastes like baby food - maybe because of the lack of sugar?

It’s healthy and it seemed to give me a boost for an hour or so. It was the same texture as regular apple sauces so no difference there.
