    Rancid

    Not the Company's fault, but opened the newly purchased box and overcome by strong chemical smell. If this happens to you, check the expiration date — which I hardly ever do for cereal. This box had expired in April 2024, so, where it has been sitting for months before hitting the store shelf is a mystery.

    Amazing!!

    I literally never write reviews on anything, but have to with this cereal! I started eating it about 4 years ago every day for breakfast to help with constipation. I'm only 35 but have had issues with constipation my whole life. Not only does this cereal keep me regular, but it increased my HDL cholesterol! My LDL has always been low, but my HDL was always low, too (not good). The ONLY thing that I changed was adding this cereal to my diet. I still don't exercise and I haven't changed my diet otherwise. I looked it up and flax seeds increase HDL cholesterol. This cereal tastes amazing and I never get tired of it. Sometimes I even eat it for dinner!

    Where are the berries?
