Doesnt firm up bottom crust

We bought two of these pizza stones in the hopes that they would be as good as another brand of stones I owned growing up that was designed similarly… Or at least I thought it was. We hand wash only, we’ve put oil on it like the instructions from the company say, we let it air dry, and we’ve only used it for pizza. We’ve tried it multiple times, and it does not bake the pizza like it should. The crust on the bottom stays doughy no matter how long we bake it. I baked a pizza 15 minutes longer than it’s supposed to be baked and still couldn’t get the crust baked (only the toppings and edges). I do not recommend buying this product.
