HOW TO USE REVOLUTION LOOSE BAKING POWDER:
Smooth, Blur, Bake!

Use any Loose Baking Powder as the last step in your routine, after you have applied all your cream products. First set and remove unwanted shine by dusting a small amount around your T-zone with a brush. To bake, use a powder puff or sponge to lightly press and evenly distribute powder under the eyes or to highlight points of the face. Leave for a few minutes (baking time!) then gently brush/wipe away to reveal brighter-looking skin!

Q: How do you get the powder out to apply? Last time I used this I just had to basically dump it on the sponge which was very messy. Is there not a way to dump it into the lid or some part of the container and then just dip the sponge in?

I tried the Revolution Translucent

It’s super finely milled, so it sits really smoothly on the skin and doesn’t look cakey. It blurs your pores, sets your makeup properly, and keeps shine away for hours. It gives more of a soft matte finish but still looks natural—not flat or heavy. It’s also translucent, so it works on all skin tones without changing your foundation shade. Only downside is it can look a bit dry if your skin isn’t prepped well, and the loose powder packaging can get a bit messy. Overall, it’s such a reliable, affordable powder—perfect for baking or just setting your everyday makeup ✨

The pink trauma

The pink sucks. If u put it anywhere u turn pink even after u dust it off. The only thing to some what fix it is tower 28 sos spray. Then I just goes away. The product is fine but the color is horrible.

I formerly used the version that contained talc, and it was perfect. It didn't cause breakouts on my sensitive and acne-prone skin, didn't overdry my face, and was truly translucent on my pale skin. Unfortunately, the ingredients have now changed and hyaluronic acid has been added, which causes my face to get irritated. The color is still translucent, it has a slight blurring effect, and it's a decent setting powder. I think the reformulation could be a winning one if you take out the hyaluronic acid, otherwise I can no longer use this.

This is the first baking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first baking powder I bought ever and I will stay committed to it. This particular colour disappears on my skin evening out skintone and staying matte for hours. It is also super fine so does not feel heavy and also little goes a long way. It does not skin appear dryer however when there are some areas flaking they could be visible. New packaging is very clever and easier to use. I was worried that new formula comes wiktu it but luckily it’s the same. I believe this is my 4th bottle and I will keep buying. Please never change.

However the top is tiny, not like any other loose powder I have (which all have enough room to powder up your brush) so I've had to decant it into another container.

Long lasting pink setting powder

Rose-The pink powder adds a bit of color to your face and sets your makeup for all day fresh looking application. The powder is medium weight. The finish is matte. I wish it were glowy. For the price, this powder works very well. I will repurchase Revolution Baking Powder over more expensive brands.

Dark like blush.

This feels more like blush, not a setting powder. I’m fair toned and this made my whole face dark pink. I even tried to cut it and mix it with another powder to maybe lighten the effect, but the color is just too powerful. The actual powder itself is nice. It set nicely and lasted all day (much to my dismay, with how pink I looked.).
