Unusable, bristles falling out everywhere
Why has this product not been recalled?! These heads are completely unusable unless you want to choke on tiny pieces of plastic every time you brush your teeth. Shame on sonicare and target for this total lack of quality control

Loose bristles
Each time I’ve used the brush so far, one or two bristles will come loose in my mouth while I’m brushing. It’s incredibly bothersome and uncomfortable.

Loose bristles & one head missing from pack
My 3 pack of replacement heads only contained 2. The bristles also keep coming loose in my mouth after only a week of using a new head.

Worked well until bristle loss
i usually love these toothbrush heads but now i have to throw them all away. i like how the base can tell you when to replace the head, but upon replacing it yesterday, i noticed what felt like hair in my mouth… only to learn the bristles are shedding !!! i have never had issues with them until now . and, it’s too late to request a refund, which sucks for an overpriced replacement seen as more sustainable (which if these are more pricey than a regular brush, why bother)!

Price increase $2.50 in just 4 months?!
Price increase 2.50 in just four months?! These are already ridiculously overpriced and now I see when reordering they’ve gone up a few more dollars in just 4 months! After about a month the bristles on this really flatten out and become so soft you need or want to replace it. I’ve been buying these for two years and have noticed with my last purchase they’re not lasting as long and of course MORE expensive to boot.

Good brush head replacement lasted for 3 months w/o a problem. Just needs to get replace every 3 months or so other than it's good quality not cheap nor flimsy pretty sturdy If I may say so myself. Good product if you need a quick order target is the go to

Bristles everywhere but the toothbrush
Since the first day I put this new brush head on, I’ve been having bristles fall out with every use. At first, I thought it was just the first few were loose. A week in, I was like this is what I get for buying a store brand, and now a month in, a whole chunk of bristles fell out and I looked at the head and saw it was actually made by Philips. At more than 10 dollars a head, I expect the whole head to have bristles. Maybe I should have bought the store brand.

Something changed. Bristles are loose and I’m picking them out of my gums. Do not buy.

My favorite Philips brush heads
I like this G2 sonicare brush head the best. Does a good job cleaning and whitening, and feels good on the gums.

Bristles
I have never had a toothbrush shed like these replacement heads. I’m fishing fibers out of my mouth for an hour after brushing. The brush head that came with my Sonicare toothbrush was not like this.

Loose bristles!
Mouth full of loose bristles! So disgusting - it makes me gag. There is something flawed so do not buy these until they're fixed!

Love it but so expensive
Why are 3 brush heads a 1/3 of the cost of the entire setup?

Not what I ordered
Double check when you receive this item. I got one that looks exactly the same, but is in extra soft.

These work great. The bristles aren’t too hard and I feel like it left my mouth very clean.
