Far too high a price for what it is.
Far too expensive for what it is. Plastic. And, missing hose that is supposed to be included that make it essentially non-functional without it if your sealer lacks a hose. There's better, less expensive options on the market. Cannot recommend this product at such a high price.

Love it.
I purchased the jar sealing kit to store food in jars to lengthen their useful life. I love that the sealer is small and easy to store. I already owned a FoodSaver sealer for meat and this jar sealer worked great with it.

Excellent product
I have been needing to preserve herbs from my garden for YEARS. I got a vacuum sealer for Christmas and ordered this ASAP when I realized it would be an easy way to keep the herbs I grew and dried useable longer. So far it has been excellent, especially with my vacuum sealer having the detachable battery vacuum sealer allowing me to pull a vacuum every time I need to open my jars. Would definitely recommend.

I did receive my hose, which I am thankful for as many others did not. The hose in this kit does not fit my Food Saver model. Upon researching further, I noticed there were two different hoses that could be purchased individually. One was the one that came with my kit. The other had a green fitting on the end of the hose. When comparing the two, I found in the description for the one that came with my kit, that it does not fit all models, mine being one of them. I have not had a chance to try this product out until I purchase the correct fitting hose. Hoping Food Saver will send me the right one. I did contact the company, but have had no response.
