Best Serum of All Time

This has been my favorite serum for years, I use it daily and am obsessed with numbuzin as a brand. This helps to brighten, smooth, and soften my skin and I have probably gone through at least 10 bottles. So amazing that it's easier to get now!! Also a note: this is very different than the #3 toner. If the toner didn't work for you don't rule this out, because they are very different formulas.
