I noticed a difference within a few days for my neck/chest area. I can wear lower neck clothing with confidence. I use twice a day, morning & night. I love the fact that it contains AHA to increase cell turnover which reduced fine lines. I even used this on my temples towards eye area to reduce laugh lines. I have the last laugh cuz my wrinkles are minimal. Cetaphil is definitely a game changer at a great price point. I suspect that I will reap more results in the coming winter months. I live in a cold state and get dry skin in the winter. When I take walks or run outside, I will apply the cream all over my face. This cream is ahhhhmazing.

I did not like how it felt on my skin after I applied it. It does have the right ingredients to help make your skin firmer if they could improve the texture of the cream, then I would definitely use this daily.
