However, when I layer it over the lotion—one layer of lotion followed by one layer of cream—my skin looks noticeably shiny and feels deeply moisturized. It’s a great option for locking in hydration, especially when my skin needs an extra boost. I’m giving it four stars instead of five because I don’t like the greasy feeling.

This cream is very thick, but it's easy to massage in & absorb. It's fragrance free & paraben free, so you can count on it being gentle for the most sensitive skin. It contains Mandelic Acid (AHA) & Centella Asiatica (CICA) for firmer skin. I haven't seen any firmness yet, but I think this is something that takes more time for a noticeable difference. I mainly concentrate on areas like my thighs & arms that need the most attention. My skin is more mature, so I imagine it will take more than a couple of weeks to see a difference. Overall, I really like this cream for deep hydration & I would recommend it, especially for sensitive skin.

I live that it is fragrance free and hypoallergenic. It's not thick like other creams I've used, but does the job even better! My skin actually does feel and look less crepey. It absorbed easily, fast leaving skin moist and feeling non-greasy and non-oily even though it has a cream texture. I use it right after taking a warm bath for the best absorption. The cream doesn't cause any irritation or redness, is gentle, and has no smell at all, good for my sensitive nose. My skin feels moist and looks glowing. I already tried it for almost 3 weeks, still don't see any skin tightening and firming yet but will keep using it for hydrating purposes. So far so good. I recommend it for anyone who doesn't like fragrance cosmetics and sensitive skin.

It has Mandelic acid and Centella Asiatica which is proven to help with skin cell turnover. This is a heavier cream and I think it would better suit me in the winter time when my skin is much drier. I did use this cream for about 2 weeks and saw major improvement in my menopausal, dry, crepey skin. I will definitely use this Cetaphil Cream in the winter when my skin is dry and itchy.

It leaves my skin feeling hydrated and smooth. The tub is easy to open and is perfect for pampering your skin after a shower or before bed. It is dermatologist recommended and good for sensitive skin. I love that it is unscented as well. Overall, it is a wonderful body lotion.

This cream is very thick which is nice, but it does take a little bit for it to dry completely. My legs and butt feel so smooth and hydrated all day! I haven’t noticed any firming yet but I’m sure I need to use it for a while to really see those results. The cream doesn’t have a very strong scent which I love. I have had no issues with my skin using this product.
Good for most of the day, but didn’t last all day.

However, the absorption, texture, and effectiveness wasn’t the best for me. I have extremely dry skin. Perhaps have continued use I’ll notice a difference, but by the end of the day I felt dry and tight.

I imagine what it would be like as I continue to use this product. It is unscented and so is nice for those who don’t like the potent scents of some of these lotions. Also have the pump. Gives you the option on how to apply. They’ve thought of those who would use the tub or pump lotions. Very convenient.
