its ok for canned posole.
When I want a good poodle, I make it myself in the crock pot and cook over night . so much better than anything canned. but if your wanting posole like right now, the canned version is not to bad. living in new mexico, we make everything fresh , usually no canned. And posole is one item that is used by many natives. it's so good.
