    Love it!

    I might have just got lucky based on the reviews but my mirror arrived in perfect condition. I love everything about it. I started opening the packaging before I remembered to take a picture. I still think the packaging could be better to prevent broken mirrors but I know it’s also the courier’s responsibility.

    Luckily I didn’t have the same poor delivery result than other reviewers. The exterior box was torn, but there was sufficient padding inside to keep it unharmed. Heavy mirror. Beautiful wood. Mirror doesn’t bow or warp the image. Only negative is you can see the glue between the mirror and wood at some points. Overall good deal.

    Do not buy this product. Waste of your time. I got mine and mirror was completely shattered. Target sent me a replacement and its shattered again even though i requested them to remind the manufacturer to pack it and deliver carefully. Now I have two giant shattered heavy mirror that I am not sure if the trash service would take or not as they have a size limit. When I called target to ask, they said it is not their responsibility. How nice…

    Odds are it will be broken

    Ordered twice came totally shattered. The second time I called and asked if we could have shipped to the store and they said no and since it’s totally shattered and unusable that I should not return it and keep it… what do I do with a shattered ruined mirror… would cost me more to take to the dump

    Terrible. Mirror arrived completely shattered and even the wooden parts were broken. If you can't even pack it properly why is this being sold? Not only that, I had to chat via the app which led to nothing. The agent said that I have to return the item and left the chat. I had to, on top of that, call to get my refund. In summar, bad product, worse customer service.
