Terrible. Mirror arrived completely shattered and even the wooden parts were broken. If you can't even pack it properly why is this being sold? Not only that, I had to chat via the app which led to nothing. The agent said that I have to return the item and left the chat. I had to, on top of that, call to get my refund. In summar, bad product, worse customer service.

Please listen to the reviews and don’t “Hail Mary” it. They were 100% accurate. The mirror is extremely heavy and came broken in hundreds of pieces, which cut my hands up while I tried to repackage and return. DO NOT BUY!

I overall loved how this mirror looked, but it is crazy heavy! I don’t know how anyone can easily move it on your own. It also arrived broken, there was no bubble wrap or soft material just cardboard in the box.
