I like everything about this lamp. Redoing a bedroom in the green color and these are just perfect in every way. Great quality, perfect size.

This desk lamp to me is a classic beauty. The gold and green compliment each other greatly and for our living room where there’s no overhead light we utilize lamps and this allows for a customized experience as you can shift the ‘arm’ of the lamp to raise or lower it as you need which is really nice. I recommend this highly!

I purchased this desk lamp online for my home. This brass table lamp with green shade looks really great in my living room. It has a hinged arm that can be lifted or lowered depending on your lighting needs. The problem with mine is that the hinge was really loose and the arm keeps falling down. I will either need to figure out a way to tighten it or may need to exchange it for another one. The lamp takes a standard light bulb. It measures about 19x17 inches. For the price, i think the style is nice, but the design and the quality is lacking a little bit.

This desk lamp has a striking aesthetic, but unfortunately, the build quality and functionality do not live up to its design. While it looks great on a desk, several structural issues make it difficult to recommend for daily use. On the positive side, the look of it is really nice. The deep green shade with the brass is a nice color combo.

I’m absolutely obsessed with this hinge desk lamp. It is a beautiful antique brass and a gorgeous green. Goes with so many different things. The hinge has a screw on it so you could lower or higher it but I also wanted to point out that in one of the photos you can notice that the brass circle on top of the green lamp is not centered. I do think you need to check for quality concerns.

I absolutely love the Hearth and Hand with Magnolia Hinge Table Lamp that is green and brass. It is such a beautiful lamp and is super versatile. I thought about putting it in my husband’s home office but decided it looked better in our foyer on our cute accessory bench at the bottom of our staircase. 5 stars!

I ordered this desk lamp for my husband’s office. The design is very chic and gives an upscale look to the office with just the lamp. My husband likes the brass and green. Unfortunately there are some issues with the functionality of the lamp. It’s not a user friendly or very adjustable main joint. You need to find the smallest buld you possibly can, otherwise you’re going to have the bulb sticking out from the shade. The base of my lamp isn’t completely flat on the bottom, so it has a slight wobble. So it looks nice, but just has too many issues.

I purchased this desk lamp for my home office because I feel that I need extra light when I’m sitting at my desk in my home office. I liked the green color of the lamp shade, and I especially like the fact that the arm of the lamp is flexible and can be adjusted in height to determine how much light hits directly on my desk and how much light is spread out across .

I like this lamp and thought I’d put in a good word for it. Things to keep in mind before buying: 1) Light bleed: Because there are “holes” in the shade, light will leak out no matter what size of bulb you buy. To cut the glare, you’ll need to block the holes with decorations (ribbon?) or line the inside with paper. 2) Light bulb: My **local hardware store** helped me find a small, floodlight-style 40-watt LED bulb, base E26, that fits within the shade. 3) Build: As with all H&H items these days, there’s always some fatal manufacturing flaw. My lamp base is slightly uneven and the lamp post is slightly curved at the top. The first issue is fixable and the second I’ll have to live with. 4) Shade alignment: Use one hand to hold the green shade, and the other hand to gently rotate the **gold light bulb socket** left or right. This will allow you to adjust how the green shade sits against the circular plate. 5) Light angles: The main up/down angle is limited because of how the joint is manufactured. But the lamp head also has a joint in it that you can very carefully turn and adjust. 5) Finally, I don’t think this is “trying” to be a vintage lamp. The H&H brand has always been a modern (you could also say knockoff) and affordable version of existing styles — anywhere from Civil War-era (problematic) to the 1970s (because the Gaines crew has not yet decided to mine the Eighties. Get ready!). This particular style looks like it’s from the 1950s–60s and would probably cost at least $200–300 for the real thing. So this is a chance to get some of the style at a fraction of the cost.

The lamps beautiful, but the shade isn’t long enough for a light bulb without it shining right in your face.

The lamp is so cute, hopefully my fourth try will be the charm!! First lamp it wouldn’t turn on. Second lamp worked but it was all dented. Third lamp I picked out in the store brought it home and wouldn’t work!! So now I ordered it online to see if it’s any better than the 3 from my store. If not I GIVE UP!!

The lamp broke where the shade attaches. It’s trying to be a vintage lamp, but very cheaply made.
