Defective TV bad customer service
Zero stars not 1. TV got delivered defective, returned 10 days ago I have tracking number as a proof Target keeps asking me to return the product. I will take my business elsewhere from now on, this is the last time I make “bigger” purchase with this company. Customer service is another story, everyone says different thing on the phone and chat absolutely clueless. Send me a refund!

I spent an hour trying to set this up and it would not work. Tried the troubleshooting suggestions on the website and still couldn't get it to work. Target told me that they would not refund me and never offered to replace the tv. WILL NOT BUY THIS BRAND EVER AGAIN! And while customer service was polite and understanding, Target has lost my business.
