    Buying again

    Finally finished my whole pack and I got to say, there was a big change in appetite. Less snacking and cravings, forgot to take it one day, and fell off. Took it the next day and felt great. I take it early in the morning and it lasts me all day! Definitely recommend (:

    Lemme Continue Curbin

    I’ve been taking Lemme Curb consistently, and I can honestly say it’s been helping a lot with controlling my appetite throughout the day.     These lemme curb are the best! I tend to snack a lot throughout the day but these have helped so much! I still eat, but I get full and I don't crave sweets like I used to. These are amazing plus they taste so yummy!

    It Curbs the food noise

    I am halfway through my second bottle of these Curb chews and they work so well at curbing my food noise! I have been on a GLP 1 before and I will say it is a similar effect however, if you are not in a goal-oriented mindset while taking these (i.e. eating healthier), these alone are not going to change your eating habits like a GLP1 does. BUT these plus Lemme Burn have been a part of my routine the last 2 months and I am loving the results and effects. Makes it so much easier to pass on desserts or make healthier food choices.

    The best for cravings reduction

    I find this particular Lemme product to work the best for me, and I've tried several products from Lemme. It really helps with the 3 pm at work cravings. It keeps me away from the communal chocolate dish!
