Leaves a sticky film
I’m loyal to the brand. However, this immediately leaves a sticky film that drives weight on your hair no matter how little you use or how thoroughly you rinse. I’ve tried using just the shampoo or just the conditioner and they both leave the film. It smells amazing, but this is the first product in the line never had an issue with, and it would not suggest buying the specific one.

I have never tried the Not Your Mother’s hair products, so was excited to give this a whirl. The packaging is clean and simple, and you get a standard amount that is seen across the majority of shampoos. I am a fan of the scent, it gave a light floral, clean touch. Massaging this shampoo to my hair, it definitely did the job with giving me the cleanse-feel which is so important to me. Plus, I do shampoo twice to cleanse and then another round to give me the benefits of what the shampoo is to offer. I did get the softness and silky feel once styled. A great option!

This shampoo is for softening stressed hair but it made my hair very dry & even irritated my scalp. It clings to the hair which made it hard to rinse out.
