smells good, the bottle is designed terribly. it is so fat, you have to squeeze really hard, hard to do with small hands and weak wrist, just twist the cap off and dump. Frizzed my thick wavy hair, but give it 3 stars, because the conditioner should've fixed the frizz

Irritating and ineffecrive
I like some of their other wavy products but I hate this shampoo. It is extremely irritating on my scalp and gave me scalp pimples (something I’ve never in my life had). I thought it was a me problem but my spouse, who never has scalp issues also is getting irritation and scalp pimples from this shampoo. And it doesn’t enhance my waves any more than non-wavy shampoos I’ve used.

Beware! Causes hairloss
This made my hair fall out right after the first use. Tried it again and my hair fell out again, it was a noticeable amount. I am so upset bc I am trying to grow back my hair fall out from postpartum and this just made things worse. I did add 3 of their add-in vials, spent a lot of money and couldn’t return since I had tossed the empty vials. I trashed the product. Never Again.

My daughter has very frizzy wavy hair but doesn't like spending time on it. I got her this shampoo and conditioner and it's helped major w the frizz. She's even gotten more involved w her hair and likes brushing and grooming it now.
