ALLERGY
It smells delicious! However i somehow am ALLERGIC to this hair oil? After reviewing all the ingredients there’s nothing that i am allergic to. I’ve never had a reaction to a hair product in my life. I don’t know what is in this. If you have allergies please be aware. I’ve NEVER had this happen in my life before. After using it I started breaking out BAD and i mean it was so painful. I will admit it smells wonderful. but just be aware.

The smell is GAG
I don’t know that it works very well since it doesn’t seem to absorb much & my hair doesn’t seem less frizzy but the smell is HORRIBLE. It reminds me of what robitussen cough medicine smells. YUCK I wish I had returned it but I stupidly thought I’d be used to holding my breath to spray it. The bottle feels durable so that’s a plus for the company. Not me.

Too strong of a scent left hair not soft but stringy and straw like.
This product didn’t work for my hair type. It did make it shiny but my hair didn’t feel soft at all felt more stringy and dried out. The scent is overpowering that I would hold my breath while spraying it. You do have to shake the bottle up before spraying and applying the product. I have medium fine straight/curly White people hair with blonde highlights and grey coming through.

Eliminates frizz

This has a nice scent and I never smell that "burning hair" when I curl my hair while using this, so it's working. It keeps frizz away on windy days and detangles. Shiny, moisturized & UV protected!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bi-phase serum needs to be shaken well to make sure that the serum and oil blend completely before applying to hair. I really like that it’s used as a mist which I think helps makes the application a little more lightweight and not greasy like you may expect from a hair oil. I personally like to apply it after showering while my hair is still damp. I distribute it through my hair but focus a bit more on the mid-length to ends of my hair. It gives a nice natural shine and I’m very intrigued by its UV protection. I love hiking and being outdoors during the warmer months so I’m excited during the summer! My only complaint is the product itself is a little more heavily fragranced than I would personally enjoy using on a daily basis. Super shiny, soft, and protected waves!

I found the spray to have a lovely scent and a nice, wide mist that made it easy to distribute throughout my mass of hair. Softer hair but with too strong of a scent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who lives in a very sunny place, I was intrigued at the idea of a product with uv protection. When I spray this it comes out as a mist rather than a heavy oil. Due to its mist form, I find it to be light weight and it doesn’t weight down hair. As for the scent, it gives a kinda of fruity tropical vibe, but it’s way too strong. I don’t really think that I like the scent. Good hair oil

I wash my hair two or three times a week, not without leaving some room at the end for the new Dove serum/oil. I find the scent very interesting. It has a tropical vibe that comes from coconut oil mixed with some apricot notes. I love it! Something else that I love is that I don’t feel my hands greasy after applying the oil to my hair. Great lightweight shine spray!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product for the price from Dove! The two main things that I was impressed by was, the smell and the mist. It smells divine and I have the urge to keep spraying because it just smells so good. And I love the quality of the mist spray. Its spread cone is large and the mist is fine which is very important for a product that uses oils because you don’t want oil concentrated in one section only of your hair. Speaking of oil, it’s very lightweight so it doesn’t weigh down your hair too much. Keep in mind, if you want voluminous curls, this may weigh it down too much. This is better for light curls and straight hair. However, it doesn’t make your hair look greasy. I was able to use this two days in a row without needing to wash my hair!
