I personally didn't like the smell Burt's Bees a unisex lotion, because it smells like a peach feminine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The whipped body butter makes your skin smoooooth as can be! I apply it after my shower and can feel it on my skin hours later. It smells okay- not incredible but a very mild smell. And texture is extremely thick so little goes a long way!

That said, it didn’t really last long, and the strong scent wasn’t my favorite. Overall, I didn’t notice much of a difference compared to other hydrating lotions I use.

Its texture is thicker, and I recommend it for when you're staying home, or if you feel your skin is very dry. I just received the whipped butter as an early Christmas present and, although, the texture is great and it does seem to hold in moisture with my dry legs…the smell is atrocious. I got back in the bath to wash the smell off to put a different lotion on. I wish I could return it, but I guess I’ll be donating it to someone who can’t smell.

It melts right into the skin and gives instant relief to dry patches, especially on elbows and legs. The ceramide and peptide blend feels nourishing, and my skin stays soft for hours. If you love a luxurious, creamy texture but don’t want that sticky heavy feeling, this is perfect. Definitely my favorite from the trio Full Feedback: I’ve been testing the Burt’s Bees Boosted body care line for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed by how well these three products work together—each with its own texture, purpose, and strength. It’s also great for anyone who needs moisture but doesn’t want anything heavy. • Moisture Melt (medium weight) This one sits right in the middle—not too light, not too heavy. It’s the perfect “all over the body” moisturizer because it gives lasting hydration without feeling thick. I use it on my arms, legs, and body after showering. It keeps me moisturized until my next shower without being sticky. • Whipped Butter (richest & thickest) This is the heavy hitter. The texture is rich, creamy, and cushiony, and it melts beautifully into the skin. I specifically use this on my feet—especially my heels and soles—when they’re dry. It’s also the one I travel with, because my hands and feet get extremely dry whenever I fly, and this is one of the only products that actually works consistently no matter the climate or destination. 2) The Scent: Some people mention the scent not being “natural enough,” but I actually love it. It has a fresh, clean, pleasant smell—not floral, not citrusy, not sugary… just good. It’s soft, not overwhelming, and I find myself sniffing my hands after applying it because the scent is that comforting. DO NOT BUY! It will stink up your entire house!! I don’t know what their “natural fragrance” actually is, but is VERY strong and sweet but in a yucky way. I used this ONE TIME on my feet and my entire house smells like it. Hoping the smell washes out of my socks without contaminating all of my other laundry. Disappointing because Burt’s Bees fragrances don’t usually bother me, but I guess they’ve jumped on the bandwagon of polluting everyone’s lives with disgustingly strong fragrances.

This is great for after my shower and keeps my skin hydrated without being too heavy.

I will say, I’m not a fan of the scent, it is way too strong and floral for my personal preference. Other than that I love the way it absorbs into the skin and doesn’t feel greasy after use. Definitely worth trying.

It has a nice rich and fluffy texture and melts effortlessly into the skin. The scent of guava, melon, grapefruit, amber woods and musk is very light and not overpowering. It leaves your skin velvety-soft and is especially effective on super dry areas. The generous 6.5 oz size of the tub will last you quite a while as well.
