    Didn't work for me, poor packaging

    I was looking for a shampoo that will help with my thinning and falling hair. I found this to have very good reviews but unfortunately, it doesn’t look like it applies to everyone. I lost more hair after I started using the shampoo and conditioner. I also tried the shampoo and conditioner bars and lost even more hair. I would also like to note that the packaging for both shampoo and conditioner is very hard to open or squeeze the product out. The product being thick should not be in a container that cannot even be squeezed.

    My Hair is Back!!

    I’m 66 and had low iron and B12. I noticed I was losing my hair and it was unhealthy. I tried a few things before my 89 year old my mom told me about rice water shampoo bar. I found Kitsch and I tried Rosemary Biotin first. It started to restore my hair and smelled amazing. My hair was weak and breaking so I decided to try the Rice Water and it is the answer I needed. My hair is strong and healthy again. No more globs of hair in the drain or breakage. I have a ponytail again. I switch off between both your products and I love that the price point doesn’t break the bank! I have purchased for my friend this summer and she’s sold. My family was visiting this summer and tried them my sister is now ordering!! Thank you Kitsch!

    Product is great! Bottle is a nightmare!

    The product itself is good. I was very pleased with how my hair felt. However, if you struggle with poor hand strength, arthritis, whatever, this bottle will be your nightmare. The design is very poor. The opening is very small and gets caked quickly. I would have to squeeze the bottle with both hands onto my head or body just for the extra help. I hope Kitsch improves this soon!

    This is fantastic shampoo and I will continue to buy it but the shape of the bottle is brutal on my hands. It’s so awkward to squeeze and kills my knuckles when I do. It feels like I have arthritis when I use this. Would love different packaging or a bottle with a pump.

    Poor packaging. Leak warning!

    I never got to see the benefits of this product as the bottles would leak every time I used it and would make a mess. I travel alot and I feel like most of the product just slowly seeped on to the toiletries bag. From the limited times I used the product I had no qualms so I’d be interested in retrying the product once the packaging changes.

    It's OK

    I'll start with the good: it smells Ok, not my favorite, It does leave my hair soft and feeling light, not weighed down. It does enhance my curls and waves if I use the Kitsch curly hair cream. Now the bad: I still have very frizzy hair and lots of breakage. I do have to wash it every day contrary to other advertisements saying otherwise. This is not worth the price.

    Love the product but I have such a hard time squeezing it out of the bottle. I'm in my 70's and have arthritis in my hands. Could you look into making a bottle that's not so thick so it would be easier to get the product out.

    So I first started with this company I fell in love with their rice water bar shampoo, when the liquid came out I gave it a try. It gathers like crazy which if that what your looking for this is it, I have had any issues with the bottle I kinda just let it come out. It feels like their is a conditioner In it? Which makes my hair feel heavy yet soft which is weird, I dont know if I will be ordering thw liquid again. Just feels different in my hair than the bar. Will use these till its gone and just stop messing around and make the bar my subscription already.

    I have been using Kitsch shampoos and conditioners for a while now and couldn’t be happier. My hair is fuller , softer to the touch and easier to style. Before Kitsch , I was using Oribe and that has now been relegated to the guest bathroom. If that doesn’t say something, nothing will.

    Terrible container design very difficult to retrieve product
