    Good product, horrible design.

    I’m giving it two and not because of the product itself, but because of the design of the bottle. It’s horrible. This is the reason I’m not using it. I shouldn’t have to break the top open, and put it in another bottle that’s easy to squeeze out. Shampoo and conditioner itself is great, but doesn’t do any good if it’s too hard to get out. Seems I’m not the only one with this opinion, so perhaps the company should listen to their customers and design a different and better bottle.

    I’m 53 and I’ve been going thru menopause for 2 years. I’m finally post menopausal, but I’ve lost so much hair during this time I was so disgusted! So, I saw this shampoo and conditioner, read the reviews and thought 💭 what the heck. I’m so glad I did, because since the first wash I haven’t lost any hair that I can pull out of my comb! Maybe a hair here and there, I am thrilled and telling everyone I know who’s going through menopause! I am so grateful for this shampoo and conditioner, it’s wonderful ♥️

    HORRIBLE Bottle Design

    I liked both the shampoo and conditioner, but am returning the products because the bottle is perhaps the worst I’ve ever used! It is hard to hold, slippery and nearly impossible to squeeze out the contents. It really makes me wonder what marketing “genius” came up with these bottles. So disappointing!
