  • A: Thanks for your question! No, this is not a shampoo. This is a hair wellness remedy that helps remove hard water minerals, such as calcium and magnesium, from the hair. It's a must-have for those exposed to hard water to help remove mineral buildup, brassiness, and discoloration, revealing softer, shinier, healthier-looking strands. To use, first shampoo (Malibu C Hard Water Wellness Shampoo recommended), rinse and pour Hard Water Wellness Remedy crystals across your wet palm. Rub hands together, adding water (1 oz.) to dissolve crystals. Apply and massage throughout hair. Allow to remain on hair for 2-5 minutes. Rinse. Shampoo again and then follow with conditioner (Malibu C Hard Water Shampoo and Conditioner recommended.)

    Lime Scale & Rust BGone!

    My well water is full of lime scale & rust. Whenever my curls begin to frizz & get weighed down I know I need this treatment. After I use it my hair is fuller, curlier & much less frizzy. It’s what I’ve always been missing in my routine, as a result my hair overall is much healthier. Thank You for a great product that works as advertised!

    First use incredible difference

    It works. My hair had been feeling extremely blah and didn’t truly feel clean. I tried clarifying shampoos and it was a mild improvement. I had a hard water treatment at my salon and figured I could do this at home. After the first use, you need to leave it on the recommended 5 minutes, my hair felt GREAT. It was silky and bouncy.

    Love this product! I have hard water and my hair usually feels dry and brittle with no shine. After using this, my hair looks great again! I use it once a week now and absolutely love it.

    Amazing product!

    AMAZING! I have really hard water and this little packet is a miracle worker. My hair was feeling dull, dry and just not what I wanted it to look/feel like. I tried this packet, along with the shampoo and conditioner, and WOW. My hair hasn't felt this great in a really long time. It's easy to use and i use it about once a week to keep the hard water gunk out of my hair. Love this product!

    What Voodoo is this?

    There's magic in this little packet! It seems doubtful that it will do much when applying, but the results? Chef's kiss! It restores body, shine and even improves the color by taking away brassiness! Removing those hard water minerals will help those who tangle a lot, too. Your hair will 'move' again! It don't mean a thing if it ain't got that swing! I highly recommend this product.

    Good for Hard Water

    AMAZING

    I wish I found this product sooner! I'm in-love with my hair now. The past year I've been battling with dull, lifeless unmanageable hair due to terrible water. Trying different shampoo and conditioners to no avail. This treatment, combined with the Shampoo and conditioner has restored my hair and i wont be going back to anything else!

    Life changing!!

    LOVE my hair after using this product! I live in a city with hard water, and I noticed how much better my curls are when I'm traveling, so I've been looking for ways of dealing with hard water.
