Poor Noise Cancellation, Mid sound quality
The sound quality is reasonably good, but not outstanding. Noise cancellation is mild, with almost everything from outside - voices, music, sounds, noises - everything clearly being heard on full ANC mode. Weight is quite a lot to be used for long hours. good quality materials.

Premium feeling, very comfortable
Nice sound and design. Better than AirPods Max. I wish they had a volume button on the left side as well.

Low volume.
Nice looking headphones but they downgraded the volume, it's really too powerful even when turned all the way up.

We’re glad you like the design, and we really appreciate taking time to get your feedback about the volume doesn’t feel strong enough, even when turned all the way up. It's the flagship of headphones
I've been a Bose customer for years now and they continue to impress me. They continue to improve the quality, the feel, and the look. I look forward to what they come up with in the future.

Silent noise cancelation - ‘tism friendly
Very comfortable headphones for longtime wear. Great sound as to be expected by Bose. My ears are sensitive to the pressure or buzzing noise cancellation usually causes & these do a great job.

Perfect for office, not ideal for gym
I got my headphones about a month ago and I’m loving it. I use it everyday, and the battery life is insane, the audio quality is amazing, and the noise control is out of this world. My only two complains are that the headphones don’t really stay on if you’re laying back, so if you’re doing benchpress, they keep slipping off, and wearing it for workouts, depending how I move my head it triggers the on-head sensor and it pauses my music while I’m still wearing it. Considering how much I wear these headphones and those are the only issues I have with it, those being very niche and unique, I consider these very much worth investment.

Lovely
The product is excellent, perfect in many ways. However, sometimes the headphone’s audio doesn’t pause after the right side audio port is removed. It isn’t constant so I’m ok with it.

Pretty Good
I like it. Occasionally, when I’m walking around the house with the headset on, it starts to think I’m taking them out and on and pauses the audio. But other than that, it’s great.

Extremely Disappointed
I loved my old Bose headphones purchased in 2022, my kid needed headphones so I gave those to him and purchased the upgraded version solely for the noise cancellation, but the noise cancellation is horrible! I tried them at the gym first on “quiet mode” and then “workout mode,” but neither one worked. I could hear the gym music playing in the background while I had my music on. The only way I was able to tune out the gym noise was by raising the volume to the highest level. I shouldn’t have to do that. I have AirPods that tunes out outside noise soon as I put them on, but I wanted to switch up things a bit by trying these. I am so disappointed.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your experience with your new Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones (2nd Gen). We’re glad to hear you enjoyed your previous Bose headphones, and we understand how important effective noise cancellation is, especially in environments like the gym. We’re sorry to hear that the noise cancellation hasn’t met your expectations. The QuietComfort Ultra Headphones feature adjustable noise cancellation modes (such as Quiet and Aware), but the effectiveness can vary depending on the environment and type of background noise. The good news is that you can customize the noise cancellation levels through the Bose app to better suit your preferences. If you’re experiencing issues, here’s a helpful link with step‑by‑step guidance: https://bose.life/4srF4mi We truly appreciate your feedback, and we’ll make sure it’s shared with our product team as we continue to improve the listening experience. Replacing my aging Bose SoundLink around ears
Bought the Bose QuietComfort Ultra 2 to replace my aging Bose SoundLink around ear wireless headphones and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. The noise canceling is fantastic and the sound is very good to my ears. I don't regret shelling money on these headphones.
