Chicco Slim carseat
We got three of the Chicco Fit3X ClearTex Ultra Slim All-in-One Car Seats in Black so we don’t have to keep transferring the kids’ car seats between our two cars. We were able to fit all three across one row in our 2026 RAV4! The seats in the 2026 RAV4 aren’t as flat all the way to the sides compared to our 2018 RAV4, so I was sure these three would fit perfectly in the 2018, but I wasn’t sure about the 2026. Thankfully, we were still able to make it work! The best part is that the car seats came already assembled, we just had to buckle them into the car. So convenient! Thank you! ❤️

Best slim car seat on the market
I’m so thankful they came out with this model right as I was looking for a new car seat. It checks almost all my boxes. Reasonably priced, slim fit, cup holders that fold away when not in use, several recline options and there’s an additional insert for the hip area for when your child is out of the infant insert but not yet big enough for the full seat. I had the Graco slim fit LX and hated it. This Chicco seat has nicer padding, nicer material, feels more secure when installed and my son is way more comfortable. Would 100% recommend and buy again. My only request would be the ability to snap/zip off the fabric for washing.

Got the Chicco Fit3x at my 3rd attempt after the first two slim car seats did not work with our car seat (Santa fe). Installing the Chicco was so much easier..the lower latch straps were of appropriate length so did not have to struggle while securing the carseat. My kid seems quite comfy.

Pretty solid car seat option!
Easy to install (RF with latch anchors) and get it secure— Compact front to back and does not hinder driver seat placement. Child is 2.5 and on recline 5. Also, love the crotch buckle that stays forward so you’re not fishing for it under your kid’s bum when trying to buckle them in! However, the headrest does rattle a bit when there’s no child in the seat which is fairly annoying when I’m on my way to work.

I bought this car seat specifically to be able to put our 13 month old in it for a flight and use while traveling (also my in laws will be using). I have the Chicco Fit360 as her daily car seat in my car and I much prefer that car seat to this one. While the seat is nice and compact and the materials are really nice feeling there are 2 things in particular I didn’t like as much as the Fit360 which are the chest clip and the harness buckle. I’m not sure why but almost every time we went to go put our daughter in the car seat the crotch buckle was twisted. I have never had this issue with the Fit360. I also prefer the magnetic chest clip. While these may be minor inconveniences, it was just something we noticed compared to the Fit360 we regularly use. I will say the seat fit perfectly on the airplane forward facing, it did not seem to fit well rear facing in economy seating due to the recline needed.

I purchased 2 Fit3x car seats to rear face my 3 year old twins in. They work great side by side and my twins love them. They seem comfortable, the colors are nice and they're easy to take apart and wash. Would recommend.

Great for a coupe, two door, or sports cars with a small back seat. Standard front to back. The base fits perfect in narrow sport seats. The width left to right allows the split seat to fold down or others to sit side by side. While slim fit interior room is not compromised. The same fit for the baby/toddler. Two cup holders without being oversized or side car drink holders like other products. Returned the other brand - glad I did!

I got this during the target trade in sale at a great discount. I like that this seat can be used for all ages though we are starting out the use for forward facing. It is pretty easy to install and a lock off is a new feature to me that I like. The straps feel more "slippery" than our graco and I could see them prone to getting twisted, but not bad. I like the cushion on the bottom to help keep the buckle forward for kids who do it themselves. The profile makes it easy for my 5 year old to climb in and out himself.

I purchased this particular carseat because I drive a 2013 chevrolet volt. This is the version with only 2 backseats and a hard console (covering the battery cells) in between them. The vehicle itself is quite compact, so I was really anxious about finding & then choosing a good, quality carseat for my granddaughter because of how the backseat is designed. I am so happy I went with this model. It is still a tight fit for the passenger side front seat, but not as bad as I could be. I can sit in the passenger seat and my knees don't touch the glove box, so I would call that a win. You can't beat the value of this carset.
