Don’t like the seat belt strap in rear facing it does not seem sturdy but if you can latch with the seat anchors it works a lot better. Would not buy again but don’t think it’s unsafe. Better suited for an already forward facing kid

My toddler LOVES this car seat. It’s very slim and fits a small car great. My toddler is very slim and tall, so it suits him well. I love how secure i was able to get the seat in my car with the seat strap.

Could be a great car seat if some of the options weren't made cheap
The only reason why I’m giving it a four star review is because I bought a baby car seat off of Facebook and it was a key to fit. I absolutely loved that car seat. It had the most easiest latches I’ve ever used so when I was on the market to look for a new car seat after my son got older I decided to buy another key to fit brand, but unfortunately it doesn’t have the nice latches and it’s actually a little bit cheaper made than the other one. The older version was the best version out there. I think I do love how in my vehicle I could get it really tight and it’s not going anywhere although the Head anchor won’t get tight enough so that moves just a little bit. The bottom of the car seat isn’t going anywhere, no matter how hard I tried to move that sucker it wouldn’t go anywhere. My son seems to like it, and I like how it has the padding where it shows you how many pounds for the certain Paitings, unfortunately our world has become a place where people are trying to make things for cheaper due to the fact that everything has gotten more expensive, so unfortunately, I do not think there might be a car seat out there that is made like they used to be so kind of stuck with what we got. I do enjoy the fact that it has reclining positions though my car has a weird kind of height, so it fits perfect up against the back of my seat. so all in all, I think it’s a great car seat.

Bought this car seat for my car for both of my nephews and they absolutely love it! They’re both super comfortable in it and do really well whether we’re on a longer car ride or just making a quick trip to the store. Definitely happy with my purchase!

Hard to wash
It’s not awful, but I miss the zipper car seat. I have no idea why you would have such a great idea and then discontinue it. This seat is NOT easy to put back together or take apart. There is a review that says it’s not bad, well they’re wrong, it sucks. I really do like Chicco car seats, we’ve had 3, but I think I’m just butthurt they discontinued the zipper one.

Felt cheap compared to other Chicco seats
We love Chicco seats but not this one. Flimsy compared to other Chicco seats. Plastic on the latch hooks, the straps themselves are thinner. The insert parts feel flimsy, returned. We were so excited for Chicco to have come out with a slim fit seat but seems like they cut corners with the quality of this one.

Don’t believe all the incentivized 5 star reviews. This car seat is super unsafe and Graco’s customer support is awful. Wish I could return it but it’s too late.

Back to Graco
Skinniest car seat on the market to try and fit 3 seats in my husbands Subaru forester but does not latch tight AT ALL. Not safe!! Even had the fire department out to tighten. So disappointed!

Worth the purchase
We've been using this for a couple months and my baby loves it. She was getting cooped up in her infant car seat and she is so much more comfortable now. We got the light color so it doesn't retain as much heat. Truly is high quality and we love all our Chicco products. I researched a lot and am glad we got this one.

My ten month old was constantly crying in her infant seat so we switched her to this one. She no longer cries in the car, it must be more comfortable. It was easy to install and doesn’t take up much space.

So easy to use!
I absolutely love the Chicco Fit3X car seat! It was ready to use straight out of the box, making setup incredibly easy. Installation was simple and straightforward, and most importantly, it’s very comfortable for my child. A great combination of convenience, ease of use, and comfort! Mom, dad and grandma each have one!

Love this one
Our son outgrew his Chicco infant car seat (which we LOVED) and so we bought this car seat along with the Onefit LX and we much prefer this one!! If you’re comparing this one versus the one fit, I would recommend this one as it’s less bulky, feels nicer (in my opinion) and my baby just prefers the fit

Chicco Slim carseat
We got three of the Chicco Fit3X ClearTex Ultra Slim All-in-One Car Seats in Black so we don’t have to keep transferring the kids’ car seats between our two cars. We were able to fit all three across one row in our 2026 RAV4! The seats in the 2026 RAV4 aren’t as flat all the way to the sides compared to our 2018 RAV4, so I was sure these three would fit perfectly in the 2018, but I wasn’t sure about the 2026. Thankfully, we were still able to make it work! The best part is that the car seats came already assembled, we just had to buckle them into the car. So convenient! Thank you! ❤️

Buy it dont double guess yourself . Worth it
Love love love !! Definitely recommend, I will admit the latch storage and install needs a bit of muscle BUT you do get a nice tight install ! Definitely fits 3 across in the 3rd row of a Honda odyssey - also, the fabric is amazing and easy to wipe clean …

Truely does fit 3 in a row.
This baby seat is exactly as advertised. I have a 3yo, 1 1/2 yo, and a 1 month old. I was struggling to find a car seat that would fit in the middle. I went through a few seats before finding this one. It fits perfectly and gives me one less thing to worry about.
