Says long lasting relief, apparently they think 2 minutes is a long time. Not worth the awful taste in your mouth, used once threw the rest away what a rip off

Amount in the tubes

Orajel has saved me plenty of times here recently from mind numbing tooth pain. The product works great my only complaint is that here as of late the tubes I have bought I don't even think they've been a quarter of the way filled. I've been opting for cheaper brands that taste worse do the exact same thing and you get double the amount for a cheaper price

It's _BLUE_!!! Not helpful for invisalign users!

I have been buying online but ran out. I bought a tiny tube at the grocery store for $3 more than I was getting the regular sized red tubes online, and the contents of the tiny tube is bright blue! Not a great look with my new invisalign! I use the oragel whenmoving from one aligner to the next bc my teeth ache for first few days in a new aligner. I was stunned to see my bright blue teeth behind my new invisalign aligner! WHAT WERE THEY THINKING?!!!!

Didn't help at all

I got this TODAY and tried it hoping that it would ease the pain from my braces getting tightened. It did absolutely nothing aside from numbing my tongue when it barely touched my gums or teeth.

i have some sensitive nerves in my teeth , i bought this thinking it would work. i applied it on the area multiple times and it only lasts about 2 minutes top.

Pain relief within 5 minutes

Have a cracked tooth with an abcess now throbbing in my lower jaw. As soon as throbbing starts I apply Orajell to area and within a minute it's better and within 5 minutes it's gone pretty much. Finally can sleep too till I can see the dentist.

Makes pain worse

I used this (4x strength) twice. First, it tastes horrible and is not instantaneous! After the second use (days later) it felt like it burned the inside of my mouth and really hurt! It is finally healing but I will not use it again. Would not recommend.

This stuff works wonders

My first initial response to using the the gel was I felt like it irritated my tooth at first. After I spit it out and about a min later I found super long lasting relief. I fully recommend this product. I have a exposed, broken decay tooth. So when all the pain meds failed. The Orajel 4x medicated stepped up and gave me the relief I needed.

This is terrible doesn’t even work

I bought it because I have a tooth I need to get pulled. But my appointment is not for a while due to COVID. I used it as it said to do so and it relieved no pain in a way I feel like it made it worst

I will be honest, I have had this cavity for awhile due to my fear of the dentist, so maybe it played a factor into the pain relief this product had on my tooth. Though it didn’t relieve my tooth of all the pain, it made it bearable and I will be using it until I make an appointment with my dentist. If you are also looking for a fast tooth reliever last minute I recommend this product. Also because I’m a first time user I don’t know if this product has a non-liquid type cause if I knew I would have gotten that one instead; the one I got is liquidy and I didn’t really like that it would move around.
