Q: Is there a setting to turn of the lights at the base so baby isn’t fixated on that while trying to sleep? Also is there a traditional white noise setting? Thanks!

A: Great questions! You can customize the clock display so that it isn't displayed throughout the night. You'll also find white noise as one of the included sounds, in addition to a few other color options like pink noise and green noise.
