Disappointed - not as expected
Having bought the Road Map pattern mat, and neen very happy with it, we bought the Safari pattern, assumimg the only thing that would be different would be the pattern, as that's how they are marketed on the website. We were wrong. The Safari pattern has no protective case and no textile binding around the edge. We were very disappointed and now have to return the mat. Makes no sense at all that the same product in a different pattern should be different quality.

Great mat
My 5 month old granddaughter loves this mat! She loves the texture and is trying her best to crawl on it. She also loves looking at the different animals on it. It is light weight and easy for me to lift. Fold and put away. So happy with this purchase.

Don't Recommend
I wouldn’t recommend this item. It gets easily dented and punctured. We’ve used this item for less than 6 months and I’m looking into buying another mat that’s better quality.

Rips VERY easily. I was sitting in the mat in pajamas (no zippers, buttons, hard material, etc) playing with my baby and when I got up there was a tear making it a choking hazard subbed the foam can come out new. Very disappointed because I have only had it about a month so it was a complete waste of money.

Overall it’s “fine”. Mat is cute, provides as nice play surface, and folds up easily. However, it has a cream front and grey back, not a blush and beige combo like i thought retailer photos suggested. Quality is ok, but it will puncture if you have dogs. The mat is reversible, though it only really folds one way, so if you want the backside or for it to be smaller than fully open you’re a bit restricted.

This mat is really cute but unfortunately not good if you have dogs. We have a small dog and less than an hour after opening we noticed punctures where he walked. I was also sitting with jeans on and my pocket ripped the mat as well. It’s nice and comfortable to sit on though and is a wonderful size.

Serves the purpose
The mat is perfect size and gives a nice little cushion. It's very thin. It had miscellaneous tears after just a week or 2. The only thing we can imagine is from baby finger nails. If you have a dog or bigger kids that might get on the mat, you might want something sturdier.

Good mat for play area
I own 1 and its in the playpen, very happy. I bought a 2nd and its in the living room. Unfortunately, its a material that my cat easier destroyed. Very sad the 2nd mat won't be lasting as long.

This mat is honestly perfect! I love that it can be folded down for easy storage in small spaces. Also, you can only fold out half if you choose to which makes it more narrow. That is super helpful and some rooms of our house that are smaller! I can’t believe it was only $50, I feel like that is such a steal for its quality.
