I have bought Purina One cat and dog food for years and have found them to be high quality, until now. I have a new dog with itchy skin and I bought this hoping it would help. 3 weeks after transitioning to this food, my dog is scratching and chewing himself more than before. And my other dog who was not having skin issues before switching is now scracting and biting too. There is something in this food that does not agree them at all.

I bought this for the skin and coat benefit but the “highly digestible” was a plus. My dog has never had issues with digestion but switching food was a concern. She has not been able to keep this food down at all, from the first feeding of it. It is more expensive than the other Purina food she tolerated fine.
