False candy advertising

My kids picked out these candies in the store today & were so excited to peel them open. Imagine our surprise when we opened the bag and they were the same thing as any gummy candy. Unless we are missing something, they do not peel open to show another candy inside. While they are tasty, I feel like this was a gimmick to get us to buy the candy. Unless we got a defective batch, why are they marketed as able to be peeled open, when they can't be? I even tried to break the red one in half and there's nothing inside. The green and blue ones are translucent and you can see there's nothing inside.

Confusing candy

i love peelerz and share them with coworkers, so here is a review from 5 or so people: we all agreed they aren't sour in the slightest. they were also tougher/ chewier than some other flavor options, which i personally loved but others didn't. the blue raspberry was the favorite by far

The Most Fun I’ve Had Eating Candy!

I bought these after seeing them all over social media, and they actually lived up to the hype! Unlike some viral snacks, these actually taste great. The peeling process is exactly like the videos, super smooth and strangely addictive. They are fat-free and low-sodium, which makes me feel a little better about the occasional sugar rush. A total 10/10 for flavor and fun!
