I accidentally put the tab WITH wrapper into the disposal and started the process of cleaning. Will this clog my pipe? Does my husband have to snake the drain??

Cleaner Disposal
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The kitchen is not truly clean until the disposal has been cleaned and the residue that causes orders has been washed away. Affresh Disposal cleaner works great! So simple to use...turn on hot water in sink, put the Affresh tablet in the disposal, turn on the disposal for 15-30 seconds, turn off disposal and rinse away any foam or residue. This also helps eliminate fruit flies because your garbage disposal is a favorite place for them.

Sounds like a great solution, but . . .
We bought this over a month ago, used all the cleaners, one at a time days apart. Our garbage disposal still smells bad. It did not work as it said - we have two sinks and it only worked up the garbage disposal side, not both sides.

It's a small investment that's worth it -- it doesn't clean perfectly, but it's good enough that I'll buy again since it was better than when I've done for years (which is nothing :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My sink sometimes gets a musty smell from the garbage disposal, despite my best attempts to keep everything clean. Even worse, that slight unpleasant odor is sometimes noticeable from across the kitchen in our open concept floorplan. Not pleasant, and due to scent sensitivities, we can't just cover it up with candles or sprays. I tried the Affresh Disposal Cleaner, and literally within 30 seconds, the musty smell was completely gone. There's a slight citrus scent, but it isn't overpowering at all and didn't trigger any allergy. No scrubbing, no dangerous chemicals, no sweat at all. My disposal just smells fresh and clean a few days later, and so does my kitchen. Awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a product my wife swears by. We use this cleaner every three months. It is worth its weight in gold for keeping your disposal clean and rid of those foul smells. The package recommends to use it monthly but we don’t use our disposal as much as some might. However, not using it also tends to get smelly. Follow the directions on the back of wash package and you will have a clean disposal. Turn the water on hot to a low flow, put the tablet in and turn on for about 30 secs then turn it off and rinse any foam out. It’s that easy!!! No mess now products to store, just open the package and then discard the package in the trash. This product works for me and I recommend you give it a shot!

I have used homemade recipes in the past, hot water, vinegar, citrus, baking soda... but it's so convenient just to drop one of these in. I keep a pack in under the sink now.

I have used packets in the past that you put in the disposal and it foams up but it still doesn't do a good job of cleaning. This one seems to actually work well and remove any bits of stuck on food.
