    Glass exploded, not heat safe glass.

    After using the airfrier a handful of times. It VIOLENTLY exploded on the counter as it was cooling down from use. The glass should have been able to handle the temperature change if it was designed for cooking.

    Best Air Fryer I’ve Come Across

    This air fryer is extremely practical, convenient, and of great quality. The glass containers are very practical for being able to look at the food while it’s being cooked. They are also very easy to clean. The 6-quart container fits quite a large amount of food. It is also very quiet while in use. It cooks the food very quickly and evenly, and makes cooking very quick and simple. It is also a very good size, portable, and attractive looking so it can be left out on the countertop permanently, rather than have to be put away after each use. The small instruction and recipe book included is quite handy. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

    Pro as name suggests

    I hve been using the Ninja Crispi Pro, and it has completely changed how I meal prep. The heavy-duty glass containers are a massive upgrade from standard non-stick baskets-they feel cleaner, cook everything surprisingly evenly, and let you watch your food crisp up in real-time. It is incredibly easy to use and has become wildly popular for its "cook, store, and reheat" portability. I can air fry a meal, snap the leakproof storage lid on, and throw it straight into the fridge. Cleanup is a breeze since the glass is entirely dishwasher safe, and everything nests together perfectly so it doesn't hog cabinet space. The Cons: While the manual temperature and time controls are great, the system requires a bit of a learning curve because it cooks incredibly fast—you really have to shave a few minutes off standard air fryer recipes to avoid overcooking. Also, because it's heavy glassware rather than a lightweight basket, handling the hot, full containers to toss your food halfway through takes a bit of extra care and a solid pair of oven mitts.

    Ninja CRISPi

    I’m writing as a genuinely loyal Ninja customer. Over the years we’ve happily added a Ninja Slushi, a Ninja Creami, a Ninja air fryer and a Ninja Woodfire XL to our kitchen, and every one of them has impressed us. That’s exactly why I’m so disappointed to be writing this email. The Ninja CRISPi has been by far our biggest letdown. I’ve now cooked potatoes in it twice, and on both occasions the results came out clearly inferior compared with what we get from every other Ninja product we own. For a brand we’ve trusted and recommended so often, this has fallen well short of the standard we’ve come to expect. I will return the product.

    Game Changer

    Absolutely love my Pro!!! I love the fact this isn't just an appliance but a whole system. The ability to prep, store, cook and re-store to reheat later all in the one dish, is a game changer. I save on so much dishwashing! Being able to see through the glass while cooking takes away any guesswork. Even though there are only 2 in our household, I chose the Pro because I wanted the versatility of baking, roasting, dehydrating, as well as airfrying, all with the ability to choose temperatures and times. The large 5.7L bowl is so useful for taller foods such as stuffed capsicum, which I cooked to perfection yesterday. Extremely happy.

    No light function

    Happy with my new air fryer - so much power and the ultimate in crispi. Love that I can see everything while it's cooking - was a bit disappointed that the Australian model doesn't have the built in light function like other countries have. Overall I really love it and happy I purchased it, easy to use and looks great.

    Amazing and Worth every penny!

    I have been using the Air Fryer for a few weeks now and we are in love with it!! So easy to clean and use. Love being able to watch the food cook and not having to worry about plastic chipping off into my food. Highly recommend!

    So glad I finally purchased

    This is our first air fryer and we love it. We have used this every day since it has arrived. It is incredibly easy to use and clean. We have mainly used it for chicken breasts, cooked each morning for lunches, salmon, and turkey burgers. I was hesitant to buy this because of the price, but have no regrets now that we have it.

    I’m honestly obsessed with the Ninja Crispy Pro! It makes everything perfectly crispy without using tones of oil, and it heats up so fast.     Glass dish sometimes opens while preheating

    Soon Lady, you guys are gonna end up with recalls because the glass does not stay in sometimes it pops out and The Machine stops and the glass is put on there correctly, but it will open

    Love my Ninja crispi pro!! I have 3 teenage boys and this has made cooking less stressful !! Sometimes I just want to make something quick for them after football games/practice and the Ninja crispi pro is my go to!! Also been using it a lot for meal prep!!
