The support pouch makes a difference, especially during long work days or with high activity. The material is soft and breathable, which is a must in these summer days. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the fit can feel slightly tight after washing and I wish the waistband was more durable.

I find when walking for an hour that I experience irritation from the seams of the pouch area. I had to insert a handkerchief as a barrier from the seams for the return walk home. The irritation is under and on the sides of the area I want supported. This may improve with multiple washings that soften the fabric?
