    I haven't figured out what

    I haven't figured out what I purchased yet. Took the info for the new pan from the bottom of one I already own and am very happy with. The new Nouvelle doesn't look the same and I'm not sure if it is non-stick. The instructions online are confusing. One says low heat and add oil. The other says to coat your food only. Been two week and we still haven't used them yet.

    Love these pans

    Amazing

    Have had Anolon stainless steel fry pans and just loved them. They clean up easily , are solid , cook evenly . You pick them up and can feel the sturdiness of the quality. So had to buy some more !!! It is hard to find good quality stainless steel, and this is it.

    Disappointed

    This company is definitely a rip off. I’ve tried email calling no answer. I bought by mistake and was trying to cancel but no luck. So when I get pan I’ll just return it.

    A big disappointment

    I have the full set of Nouvelle nonstick cookware And was expecting something similar. I just didn’t realize the stainless steel even though being in the same product line wouldn’t have the nonstick surface? Although I still love the copper base and evenness in cooking, everything sticks in the stainless. I’m so disappointed! I’m going to give these pans away.
