No more hand whisking the egg, this blender does in no time, so time is saved in the morning rush. For my needs, it is quite convenient to operate and clean. I love to make soup in the evening, and it is certainly a great fit for it. With so many kitchen tools around, kitchen counter space it limited so it is very convenient yet powerful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This elite gourmet 2 speed hand blender is amazing! I have been wanting one for so long and I can't believe I didn't buy this before. It has been such a great help in the kitchen and makes cooking so much faster. I have used this little thing for so many different things. First off making homemade tomato soup, this made it fast and easy and I didn't have to let things cool down, I just plugged it in and blended everything together and it worked wonderfully. I have also used it for potato soup, refried beans, salad dressings and I've even used it to make my own oreo blizzard. I am so excited to use it for my next dinner which will be chile relanos which is going to save me time and a big mess clean up! Clean up is a breeze just detach the head and I always rinse it immediately even if I'm not washing it right away because it is a bit difficult to clean under the blades if food gets dried on. I definitely recommend this wonderful tool.

It's great to mix stuff and not have to pour it into another container just to mix,but with this hand blender you can mix in whatever you cook in . It's easy to clean and put together doesn't take alot easy to hold as well . Very nice fore small jobs mixing . It definitely gets the job done .

I have used this from anything to mixing scrambled eggs to mixing protein shakes to doing just regular cake batters etc. the fins dice up and mix everything evenly and great. Cleaning this is also very easy. Just disconnect and wash or rinse off in since and store.. great small and useful

This is perfect for that. I can make small or large batches whipping up my creations quick and easy! After use it’s so easy to clean, just twist apart and wash then dry. Get this one!
