[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I drank this before a private lacrosse lesson I had. I liked it a lot, it tasted like a strawberry milkshake. The only complaint I have is there were little floating like chunks of strawberry which I didn’t really love.

Great for low impact hula hoop workouts
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am truly loving the Oikos Protein Shake. The Strawberry flavor is so delicious and does not have a noticeable aftertaste. With 30G of protein, 1G of sugar and 170 calories it’s the perfect match for my low impact hula hoop workouts. After my session I noticed that I had less muscle soreness.

What more could I ask for in this Oikos Protein! I like the liquid consistency, and it doesn't feel thick when I take. When you shake and open it, it smells delicious. Perfect to use after gim time!

I have a hard time eating enough protein during my weight loss journey but this gives me 30g with only 170 calories. The strawberry flavor was okay, I probably would have preferred something less artificial tasting. I don’t like the taste of stevia but understand why they use it to keep the sugar low without adding extra calories. The individual bottles are so convenient to grab and go. I find that it’s such a pain to mix protein powder without it getting clumpy so this solves that issue for me. Also keep in mind that this isn’t lactose free for those who can’t handle dairy products

The ingredient list is far longer than I typically look for and I didn’t realize there’s coconut oil in it. It stays mixed pretty well. But be warned that if you don’t like the taste of artificial sweeteners this is not the drink for you. The artificial sweetener taste is fairly strong. It just wasn’t for me but they are cheap enough and convenient enough that I think people should at least give them a chance.

It has 30g of protein so it kept me full from lunch until dinner and was especially helpful when I didn't have time to prep meals. I tried the strawberry flavor and really enjoyed it! It reminded me of the strawberry milk I drank growing up. It does have a slightly artificial strawberry taste, but it's not overpowering and I found it pretty enjoyable. I also like that it has 5g of fiber, which helps me reach my daily fiber goals, PLUS only 1g of sugar so I don't have to feel guilty drinking this. Overall, it's a convenient, filling option that would work well as a quick busy day meal replacement or even or a post-workout drink.
